Let's Celebrate:: A Little Sprinkle

Two weeks ago I was honored to give one of my good friends a baby shower Sprinkle.. She is expecting number three, and I couldn't resist sprinkling her with a love before baby N, arrives. We had a wonderful evening with a few of her close friends, lots of laughs, yummy food and lots LOVE... She even revealed the babies name! We are all looking forward to meeting Noah soon! Austin Backyard Baby Shower:: "Oh The Places You Will Go"

 

The soon to be parents have done their fair share of globetrotting and they decided on a worldly nursery theme, which inspired this cute outdoor  baby shower soiree. 

The shower was complete with lovely DIY details, along with globes and hot air balloons, a fabulous sweet table with some of the mom-to-be's favorites and a yummy two layer hot air balloon cake that included gold polka dots. The tables were set with simple mint linens and layered with gold chargers, white napkins and polka dot ribbon. The centerpieces were white IKEA vases with hydrangeas and pink roses.  It was a beautiful backyard baby shower, a little chilly for Texas, due to a cold front that moved in right before, but nothing that a little coffee and cocoa couldn't fix.

We can't wait to meet Baby K, "Oh the places she will go!

 

 

 We used an old brass antique headboard as a place card display, for  guest as they arrived.

MY BABY SHOWER

My lovely friends & sister gave me a fabulous "Oh Boy" baby shower.  The colors were aqua, orange & white. I am still amazed at how yummy it was! I mean Yummy, from the food, to the flowers, to the dessert bar, to the paper decor and everything in between.  We had a blast!!  I am truly blessed with some amazing family & friends and I can't wait for Baby Zane to meet everyone..

It started with these cute OH Boy! Invitations.

I love the cute OH BOY stakes....

I love the way the tissue wreath turned out!!

Lanterns & Tissue flowers were accented throughout..

This cute OH BOY sign was hung from the drapes as a back drop to the dessert bar

The baby bib decorating game was a HIT!!
