Meet Shalenthia

I thought it would be nice to introduce my lovely assistant Shalenthia.

Shalenthia joined Inspired Events last year and decided to continue to assist me this year. I really look forward to our upcoming events and I am blessed to have her around to give creative ideas as well as a beautiful smile. Thanks so much Shalenthia for being so fabulous!!

More about Shalenthia:

What do you enjoy about weddings?
I enjoy meeting lots of new people, and the excitement of creating something that will ‘wow’ my clients. I get a high from the facial expressions and props received, when the event turns out more than perfect for my clients. Knowing that I did it for them, to make them happy, is my pleasure.

Who or What inspires you on a daily?
God for one is my biggest inspiration. Without him, I am nothing. My son is my second inspiration. I know that I have to do a great job in life, so that he can feed off of that, and grow to become a great adult.

What is one thing you can't live without?
I would have to say my son on this one. He is my first and only. Some people that I know with more than one child laugh at me when I say this. LOL!! But he is definitely whom I live for.

What do you like to do as a hobby?
Planning events is definitely one of my hobbies. I am working on turning this into a career. Volleyball is another passion of mine. I fell in love with the sport 10 years ago in high school and just haven’t gotten it out of my system.:)

What's one thing that makes you smile?
One thing that makes me smile is when I have done something for or with someone that has maybe brightened up their day, or made them smile as well.
