Seriously, I can't believe how quick 2013 flew by! I have to admit, I get a little emotional as I reflect over the year. What a lovely year it has been, full of faith, family, focus, learning, adventure, joy, laughs, cries, new friendships, nourishing old friendships, going with the flow, creativity, love, and most of all God leading the way and not trying to do it on my own. Sometimes we are reminded by the change in seasons that we have to just let things be, and not look back (of course it's easier said then done). What I have learned in 2013 is that the things that exist in your life when walking in complete faith are meant to be. To elaborate on that a little bit more, when walking in faith, you are walking in the unknown and the people, the things, the places that end up in your life are simply the things that are suppose to be. For me it is hard to digest the fact that in my faith walk, I don't have control, but GOD has complete control.
2013- Was full of moments where I needed a slap in the face to recognize that certain things that I thought were for me, really weren't and that what was right in front of me was suppose to be, and to embrace each moment that God has set before me. My relationship with God was definitely kicked up a few notches this year, because I let him be in complete control and not just talk the talk. Reflecting on the year makes me really appreciate all the blessings that God has put before me. I am so grateful for so many things that I could seriously scream it to the world, so everyone knows just how good God is and how when you let him lead, it just makes that faith walk so much better.
2014- Will be another year of walking in complete FAITH and no FEAR, be more specific in my prayers, stepping out of my comfort zone, choosing only positive, yoga classes, travel, new home, conferences, speak at my first conference, love, Disney World with my boys, a better wife, better mom, better friend, take a trip with my mom, more date nights (maybe twice a month instead of once a month), expand my business, She Inspires workshops, She Inspires Studio, inspire more women, read the word more, Let God Shine more, lots of creativity, collaborate with like minded people! I could go on and on! For now I'll stop here!
