On days like these; cold and gray out, the thought of lots of color in a space makes me happy. This space from ish and chi is oh so lovely. Bright colors and the perfect details is enough to inspire me happy!
One of my good friends just moved into a new home and they asked for some design help. They are wanting a stylish living room that is also fuctional and light. I chose a neutral wall color, brown and carmel accents, along with tones of blue, which will make for a bright and airy space. Bringing in patterned drapes and pillows is sure to add character.
This color pallete will be easy to carry all over their open floor plan.

HAPPY MONDAY LOVELIES! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend!
My weekend was a pretty productive one. I feel like over the last couple of months my home organizing to do list has been neglected so I had to get things rolling, I started doing a few things over the weekend. You ever get that feeling where you know you need to start working on things and the urge to get it done sets so heavy on you, you can hardly think. Well that's how feel...
Although today my thoughts are on gorgeous jewel tones; Seeing all the hues of purple, blue, magenta, teal, red and green lately are making me want to redesign my entire house and wardrobe with bold tones this fall.

With the coming of Fall, I am having thoughts of gold..This room total speaks fall to me in a very subtle way. Maybe it's the vase filled with willow, or maybe the gold mirror over the mantel, or could it be the gold back on the chairs? Then pair it with this Juanjo Oliva dress with gold flower detail. I'm so diggin it!
