Back in March I started working with one of my couples on their new home addition and I love how everything turned out! Kristen & James were such a great couple to work with last year for their wedding and I was so excited that they wanted me to help them with their new home addition. I truly enjoyed bringing their two styles together and making their new addition stylish and modern, by gathering creative ideas, color swatches and design inspiration.
It's hard to believe what was once their back yard turned in to an extra 900 sq ft of living space.
With the help of my team the house turned out beautiful, we focused on staying on budget and giving this home some colorful touches. The kitchen was completely redone and now allows the client to have a space that is functional, open and light. All the natural light that flows into each space makes it feel very airy and bright. We used my favorite shade of gray right now, Sherwin Williams- Repose Gray, the perfect shade, which accented the lightly gray stained concrete floors throughout the home.

The mudroom space is one of my favorites! All the shelving and the cozy reading nook is perfect.
This chair from Antique Queens for 39 bucks, added a nice touch to the room. We gave it a shade of high gloss white paint and WOW!! I love it and so did our clients...
