Guest Post / Interiors Inspired to Savour

Stephanie here with our final installment of Interiors Inspired to Savour! Since we like to get inspired by interiors around here - and we've been savoring the season's sweetest traditions - I'm bringing you one last candy dessert that I like to make during the holidays. Caramel Pecan Clusters. For as long as I can remember I've always loved caramel and chocolate together. These are a favorite for they are salty, sweet, chewy and crunchy, and for me, that is the perfect combination. They tend to last a little longer than baked goods so if you're already overloaded on sweets these will be ready for that next craving you never thought possible.

Thanks so much for reading!

Interiors Inspired to Savour | tastes of fall

This room designed by Nate Berkus captures the warmth of Fall in it's rich gold tones and burnt orange hues, so I had to turn to a traditional recipe that equally compliments the best tastes of the season: pumpkin cookies drizzled with a brown sugar frosting. They're spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, and so savoury. Visit the recipe here.

I'm guessing you love everything pumpkin too, right?

Interiors Inspired to Savour

Hello ladies (and gents)! Can you believe it's officially summer?! Stephanie here from eshe and today's Interiors Inspired to Savour is all about warmer weather and delightful pops of color. Since peaches are in season it only seems appropriate to indulge in something sweet and flavorful. How about a peach + basil + red onion salad? Perfect for a light lunch or cool, casual dinner!

Interiors Inspired to Savour

Stephanie of eshe here with another Interiors Inspired to Savour! Let's have dessert, shall we? Since Emily Henderson's room is accessorized by a collection of art and toss pillows, a dessert of layers only seemed fitting. Try this decadent blueberry trifle made with fresh blueberry sauce, moist angel food cake, and a light whipped mascarpone topping. It's easy as can be assembly with that cool summertime appeal.

Thanks Stephanie for another yummy post!
To our lovely readers please let us  know what you think of our second installment of Interiors Inspired to Savour.....

Interiors Inspired to Savour

Stephanie here from eshe with our first installment of Interiors Inspired to Savour. I'm thrilled to be sharing with you beautiful interiors that give taste to inspired recipes! This Spring is about bold hues and what better way to evoke a blissfully socializing mood then to mix up an equally invigorating cocktail. Inspired by shades of deep pink and hot magenta, this Pink Watermelon Margarita will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for warmer temperatures. A good rule of thumb: your cocktail will be perfect if you use fresh fruits and avoid simple syrups. Start things right by leaving a few margarita's on a table, which will serve as a design element and set a relaxed vibe for your guests. Enjoy!

We are looking forward to more recipes from the fabulous Stephanie, she will be joining us every other week with yumminess that is sure to inspire you & your home entertaining.
